I have spent hundreds of days at Walt Disney World across every season, every park, every resort category, and every major event. I have navigated Disney with children of every age and temperament for over two decades as a professional nanny. I know the difference between a trip that looks good on paper and a trip that actually works for everyone, including the parents.

- Lightning Lane purchases made at your one-week window using my strategy and knowledge
- Lightning Lane Premier Pass guidance and purchase — ride every attraction once at a time of your choosing, no booking windows to chase
- Bespoke mobile-friendly itinerary: what to do, when, what to pack each day, weather forecast, tips fine-tuned to your family
- One Month Out document: packing lists, what to download, what to know before you go
- Updated final itinerary one week before departure
- Full support throughout
A Note on the Lightning Lane Premier Pass
Your friends may have mentioned the VIP Tour Guide — roughly $900 per hour, eight-hour minimum, plus tip, plus an expensive stranger accompanying your family all day. The Lightning Lane Premier Pass is the smarter alternative. For a fraction of the cost, your family rides every attraction once at a time entirely of your choosing, with no booking windows to chase across the park and no ticking meter making every lunch break feel costly. I advise on whether it is right for your specific trip and handle the purchase when your window opens.

Start to Finish
RunDisney events are their own category of Disney experience entirely — part race, part costume parade, part bucket list. I am a RunDisney participant myself, having completed the Disney World Marathon and multiple Princess Half Marathon weekends.
The Concierge RunDisney Package includes everything in the standard Concierge Package, plus a personalized training calendar built around the official RunDisney program for your specific event, costume strategy, race morning logistics, and all the advice that only comes from someone who has stood at that start line.

For families ready to see the world from the water, I plan cruise itineraries with the same attention I bring to every trip. Lines, routes, cabin categories, shore excursions, dining — researched and arranged so you arrive knowing exactly what to expect.
Cruise planning follows the same structure as Disney: standard booking is complimentary, and a Concierge Package is available for families who want excursion planning, daily guidance, and a personalized itinerary. Cruises concierge from $400.
