The Process

  • Step 1: Submit an Inquiry by selecting an option above.
  • Step 2: Within 48 hours, I’ll send you a link you’ll use to schedule our intake call. You’ll also be invited to send me any links, ideas, blogs, or mood boards that will help me get your vibe and vision!
  • Step 3: In a quick call, I’ll get a clear understanding of your vision, and all the details I need to deliver you 3 quotes that fit your requirements (fewer quotes if you know your preferred resort).
  • Step 4: Within 3 business days after our call, I will send you your quotes, and you’re welcome to email me or call me with follow up questions. The quote will include a deposit and payment schedule for each package. No reservations are made until you agree to a quote and pay a deposit, but some can be put on a temporary hold.
  • Step 5: You approve a quote, or you can offer me feedback which I’ll use to adjust your plans and come back to you with one or two additional quotes.
  • Step 6: Once you approve a quote, you’ll submit payment information securely, which I’ll use to make a deposit and make payments according to the agreed upon schedule. I’ll send payment reminders one week before each payment.
  • Step 7: Along with your quote selection, you will indicate whether you want the concierge package for your trip. If you do, you’ll pay the fee now, and we will schedule an additional call during which I’ll dive into your must-do experiences, dream restaurants, and specific tastes, needs, and logistical concerns.
  • Step 8: With the concierge package, two weeks after booking you’ll receive your initial bundle. For RunDisney concierge packages, you’ll receive a custom training calendar tailored to your events.
  • Step 9: With all bookings, you’ll receive email reminders of important dates such as payments, dining reservation windows, and Genie+ windows.
  • Step 10: With the concierge package, one week before your trip you’ll receive the final version of your bundle, complete with the weather forecast, transportation options, and updated park itineraries for clients who made Genie+ selections.
  • Step 11: Enjoy your trip! I’ll be here to help if any hiccups occur.
  • Step 12: A week or so after your trip, I’ll check in to see how everything went!
